Sparkenhoe Vintage Red Leicester | 250gm approx.

This is the Vintage profile which has been aged for 18 months to develop its strong, powerful flavour. Deep russet red, flaky yet silky with a slightly open texture and savoury flavours that are nutty, smooth and rich.

Montgomery | 250gm approx.

Made with unpasteurised milk from Friesian cows on the Montgomery family's 500-year old farm, Montgomery's Mature Cheddar is aged for 12 months wrapped in Muslin cloth on wooden shelves. It is the epitome of traditional, handmade, Somerset cheddar and has deep, rich, nutty flavours.

Westcombe Cheddar | 250gm approx.

Westcombe Cheddar has a deep complex flavour with a mellow lactic tang and long notes of citrus, hazelnut and caramel. The texture is structured and firm, with a smooth breakdown that keeps the flavours lingering on your palate. This cheese is often called a 'five mile Cheddar', as you're still tasting it five miles down the road!

Lincolnshire Poacher | 250gm approx.

After one day of tuition from cheese legend Dougal Campbell, Simon Jones produced his first batch of Lincolnshire Poacher from the abundant spring milk produced by his herd of Holsteins. That was in 1992. A few years later, his cheese was declared supreme champion at the British Cheese Awards, chosen from a field of 480 entries. This cheese has been selected and matured on for 18 to 22 months. It has more depth and complexity with a lovely smooth lingering aftertaste, often with a hint of sweetness
