Cheddar | Montgomery Cheddar | 250gm approx.

Made with unpasteurised milk from Friesian cows on the Montgomery family's 500-year old farm. Montgomery's Mature Cheddar is aged for 12 months wrapped in Muslin cloth on wooden shelves. It is the epitome of traditional, handmade, Somerset cheddar and has deep, rich, nutty flavours.

Blue | Cropwell Bishop - Stilton | 250gm approx.

Made at the creamery in Cropwell Bishop this classic blue cheese has a nutty, spicy blue flavour with a clean, lasting, tangy finish. It is rich and creamy with the blue mould spreading out to the rind like cracked porcelain. Eaten with fruit, added to soup or just on it's own, it is the perfect blue cheese!

Brie | Baron Bigod | 250gm approx.

The only traditional raw milk 'Brie-de-Meaux' style cheese produced in the UK. Made by Jonathan and Dulcie Crickmore who have been dairy farmers all their lives and using a traditional recipe passed on by a French cheese maker.

The cheese is made by hand in small batches early in the morning using the warm raw milk straight from their own Montbéliarde cows and at the perfect temperature for cheesemaking. The curds are carefully hand-ladled into large moulds, using traditional pelle-a-brie ladles. The young cheeses are then hand salted and aged for up to 8 weeks in a cave-like environment. This is what gives the cheese its smooth, delicate silky texture and complex long lasting flavours that bounce around the mouth.
